Contract Negotiations

• Management has agreed to the proposed 3% COLA increase for FY2027
• Overtime calculation method still under discussion
• Next negotiation session scheduled for March 10

Benefits Update

• New dental provider (Delta Dental) starts April 1
• Vision coverage now includes LASIK with prior authorization

Upcoming Events

• IAFF charity golf tournament: May 17
• Firefighter's Memorial service: June 1
